critical Needs

Holiday Needs

Our pantry is in need of items to help fill holiday baskets for our pantry client. Christmas items are needed by Saturday, December 6. 

Items needed include: 

  • Canned green beans
  • Corn
  • Collard greens
  • Pineapple
  • Pumpkin
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Turkey gravy
  • Stuffing mix
  • Instant mashed potatoes

    Fish of Laurel started as a small food pantry in 1976. Today, more than 300 volunteers dedicate their time and talents to help those experiencing food insecurity in the greater Laurel area. Learn about our history and meet our all-volunteer board.

    One in two homes in Prince George's County experienced food insecurity last year*. Our work to provide meals and pantry assistance is greater than ever. Learn more about food insecurity and the very real need in our local community.
